Customers are given a barcode so they can view the current status of the repairs via the device. Overview of the four phases:
The first phase is when the customer brings his or her electronic device to the shop where the device is checked, monitored and errors or physical damage are entered in the app. Information is also entered about the customer after which the client is given a barcode that enables him or her to check the device’s progress at any time.
In phase two, the device is monitored and repaired accordingly.
In phase three, the device is tested more than once and verified.
In the last phase, when the device is repaired, the clients will be informed and at their convenience or preferable time they visit the shop to collect it.
